Terms & Conditions

Return Policy

The deadline for returning a product is 14 days from the date of receipt or confirmation of receipt that adequately demonstrates when the product was purchased or delivered. If a purchased product is returned within 14 days of receipt or confirmation of receipt, the customer is offered a full refund equal to the purchase price. Some product categories have limited return rights, for example, drones and camera solutions.

The customer bears the direct cost of returning the product and is responsible for bringing the product to DJI Reykjavík.

Some products have limited return rights. This means that these products can only be returned unused and in sealed packaging. These restrictions are set to prevent abuse.

Products with limited return rights are:

  • Drones
  • Osmo Cameras and Gimbals
  • Ronin (DJI R) Gimbal
  • Zenmuse Cameras
  • DJI Goggles or similar products
  • DJI Remote Controllers

The customer bears the direct cost of returning the product and is responsible for bringing the product to DJI Reykjavík.

The buyer is fully responsible for any exchange rate differences that may occur when refunds are issued for orders paid by card in a currency other than Icelandic króna. The refunded amount in the buyer’s currency may therefore be higher or lower than the original payment due to exchange rate fluctuations and/or fees charged by the card issuer. The seller accepts no responsibility for such changes or fees.

Right to withdraw from purchase:

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase of DJI Reykjavík without giving any reason within 14 days. The period for withdrawing from the contract expires 14 days after the conclusion of the contract for the purchase or the date the buyer has received the goods in his possession. In order to exercise the right to withdraw from the purchase, the buyer must inform DJI Reykjavík of his decision to withdraw from the purchase in a clear manner, e.g.

  • Via email to [email protected]
  • By letter sent by post to: Reykjavík Drones Ehf, Lækjargata 2A, 101 Reykjavík

An additional form may also be used, but this is not mandatory.

The effect of withdrawing from the contract:

If the buyer cancels the contract to purchase from DJI Reykjavík webshop we will refund all payments we have received from the buyer, including delivery costs if applicable (except for additional costs because the chosen delivery method is different from the cheapest standard delivery method we offer). The buyer bears the cost of returning the product. We will refund using the same payment method as the buyer used in the original transaction, unless the buyer specifically agreed otherwise.

The customer is responsible for the deterioration in the value of the product resulting from the treatment of the product, which is not considered necessary for the confirmation of the characteristics and function. Furthermore, all accessories and manuals must be included in the product to ensure full refund.

In general, refunds are made using the same payment method as the one used in the original transaction. It is also possible to receive refunds with a transfer if we are unable to make a refund using the payment method that was used in the original transaction.
