Reykjavík Drones Ehf guarantees defects in the production of sold products for 2 years from the date of delivery in accordance with the rules of the Consumer Electronics Act no. 48/2003. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear of equipment or use of consumable products.
Complaints periods include that buyers can complain within the statutory period of complaint if it is proven that a product has been found to be defective. Buyers cannot complain or claim repairs if there is a normal wear and tear of the product or if the product breaks due to poor or improper treatment that occurs on sales items in the customer's possession within the period of complaint.
The buyers should then be aware of the treatment of the product and follow instructions that are provided by the manufacturer or the seller.
Proven faults that are believed to have been present at the time of purchase and which occur later and within the time limit for complaints are the sole responsibility of the seller. If a fault is suspected, the buyers must notify them without undue delay.

A sales invoice is considered a warranty certificate and shall be presented to confirm the warranty or demonstrate that the product has been purchased through Reykjavík Drones Ehf. in some way. The warranty is valid from the date of purchase.
